Cheap Construction, No Parking & Poor Management – I’m a current resident at this horrible property that wants to warn anyone that’s thinking of renting here to look elsewhere. I moved from out of state, so I had to rent sight unseen. This has turned into a very regrettable and expensive mistake. This place needs some friendly people to work in the office. – I am not happy with how I was treated! Just had a brief conversation and was hung up on. Hopefully the management company will make some changes.
Great place to call home – I moved into Pratt over a year ago and am very happy. The apartment is gorgeous, the views of the city are amazing, the fitness center is huge and never overcrowded, and the management is really nice. I can't say enough good things. Can't wait to move out! – After being told during our tour that you could NEVER hear your neighbors we move in and find out quite the opposite. There is zero insulation in this place and you can hear every movement from above and below you, not good for a place that prides itself in allowing LARGE dogs. Living Here Falls Flat of What's Advertised – This apartment community offers many amenities for city living and it's great at first glance. This apartment community also caters to many college age and young fresh professionals. So on the weekend, it's like a dormitory and the noise is ridiculous. poorly managed – first off, they are not responsive to your questions or if you need help once they got your money. they could care less if you leave voice messages or send emails for days. but the main frustration with this property started when they failed to let me know my dog is on the restricted breed list. after 2 weeks of living there they told me that I violated my lease and had to move out. this is despite the fact that I clearly disclosed the breed both on my application and on the pet agreement. it took me a while... read more
DO NOT RENT HERE! – Oh my goodness....if you are even considering an apartment at Deer Run...STOP NOW!! I'm not sure what is going on in their office but the company is constantly changing office staff so you never get the same answer twice. Also...if you do end up renting here, hand deliver your rent checks...DO NOT use their rent drop box. Hand deliver every check and get a receipt!!! Worst apartment complex ever – They are liars with a single motive...greed. It's the worst rental experience I've ever had. Actually, I've only had good experiences before this, and I move frequently. I'm just an easy, ideal tenant. First of all they often do a switch & bait, show you one apartment, say you can't see the inside of the apartment that's available and then when you move in, you find it there's no bathroom sink & counters, or no kitchen cabinets, or the color scheme is different, or your place is smaller. Don't Live Here, For Your sake – They may rent you a unit with a washer full of mold that you will have to cure with lemon juice yourself, even after complaining. They will definitely not make sure your appliances work well or are energy efficient, especially the heaters which cost a fortune in the winter because of the horribly insulated units.
