They do not meter their residents water bill. They lump it all together then split with all. So if you live in a one bedroom and the three bedroom residents have 20 showers a day. You get to share the water bill with them. Even if you were away for the whole month, your bill will be through the roof.

New owners and new management. The experience, overall, has been pleasant. The staff in the office, while not having much experience, is congenial and genuinely willing to help with whatever problem you have. My biggest concern is over their water usage policies and how they compute the monthly bill. We have been assured that each unit is individually metered and a fair and equitable process is used to determine individual unit costs. I would suggest if u want a healthy clean stable apartment for a family u so not move into deer run apartments ive been here a shport tyme & on a yrs lease they do not talk to tenants they post notes on ur door they will make accusations about u just by hear say they judge u predjulasly & give twenty day notices without even knowing the situation they put many families at high risk many good people cannot fight they never fix anything until its in writing wich means its normally too late then blame the tenants for damage the... read more

It is a beautiful place, but when we just moved, we already had issues. Ants was one problem. They were everywhere. Half of the lights didn't work, I called and no one bothered to come so I fixed them myself and just continued to make best of things. Then there was the toilet incident where everything just overflowed all over and into the carpet and apparently something broke inside. Great place to live! – My girlfriend and I moved to Seattle about six months ago and had never been here before, so we had no idea what we were looking for. We looked for apts in the area for weeks until we found this place. The price was right and the location is wonderful. The building itself has everything you could possibly need and the management is unmatched. We couldn't be happier with our choice to live here at the Legacy at Pratt Park!

A Diamond In The Rough For Seattle Apartments – I moved to Seattle from Phoenix for work. In my hunt for a quality place to live, I came across Legacy at Pratt Park and its iconic "Wonder Bread" sign atop the roof. now almost 8 months later, I am in LOVE with my apartment. Beautiful Living with a Friendly Staff – We moved in not long ago and have loved living at Pratt Park! The building is directly next to the park so you can easily go for a walk :) The building is modern and clean, very much like a high end hotel! In terms of the property management, Sara is very friendly and great about responding to my issues in a timely fashion. We did need service to our apartment and the Maintenence people are great.
