Last fall we had a mini-split heating and air conditioning unit put in our garage. Andy and Jason did a great job. We were told it might shut off at -15F, but it kept running during the -21F night that we had in late January. We are very pleased with the mini-split system and our other service from Dayton.

Our air conditioning went out Wedneday night. I called them and they had an opening first thing in the morning at 8. Oscar called me 20 minutes prior to let me know he was on his way. He was there on time. He told me the situation, the cost on it and ETA of how long it would take. I was very impressed. Highly recommend Oscar Henriquez. THANK YOU!!!! 5 Stars
I had been having difficulty with my thermostat and decided it was time to change it. It sounds simple enough, but with my heating/air unit and an all electric house I had been told by my former heating/air company and another their versions of what I would need. I went to the Trane website and saw Dayton H&A and called and spoke with Mark. In that brief conversation I felt like he was extremely knowledgeable with the workings of a heat pump system. Dayton has been wonderful in helping us though our issues with our air this year. Always very quick in responding to calls, staff is friendly and explains what issues they found, and they have been incredibly fair with pricing. It is wonderful to work with a company that values their customers and treats them with respect. As many issues as I have had, people told me to switch companies. I never did because I always felt that the company was doing right by us and none of the issues were their fault. Just a string of bad luck... read more
