In looking for a local Primary Care Provider DFP came up on my Google search. I must say after my initial visit I am highly impressed with all aspects of the care that I received. I had a 9 am appointment and didn't even get to settle into my seat in the waiting room. When I got to the exam room it wasn't 5 minutes before Dr Brock. came in. He was very thorough in getting all my medical history information and spent plenty of time talking with me about questions and concerns. I used to go to this office. Today I called and got an appointment because of strep throat. Shortly after they called me back and informed me that since I hadn't been there in 3 years I would be considered a new patient and they can't see me today after all. Needless to say I will not be calling them again. Apparently they only want people that are always sick so they can make more money.
