Horrible communication. Will send your bills straight to collections without sending you anything in the mail. The worst.

Billing department is breaking federal law by trying to balance bills after insurance payment where it is prohibited. Billing department continues this practice after months of coordination between insurance and department. Will call attorney general if not resolved.
The billing department is clearly against busy, working parents. They don't send bills in a timely manner, send you to collections without warning, then penalize you for paying your bills. I did the right thing and paid a bill in full but forgot to ask about a discount for full payment. I immediately called to ask about the discount and they said, "No nothing we can do. You already paid so it is what it is". So you will penalize me for being on top of my bills but you'll let other people never pay a dime? Guess I'll follow t... read more
