We've been a number of times over the last few years for therapies, imaging, ER visits & a NICU stay. The nurses, doctors, and hospital are kind & in my opinion, looking out for my children.
My son is alive because of Children's and the oncologly team❤️🙏🏻
I would like to say that for the most part, the nurses at hematology, neurology, and gastro were excellent. So was the scheduling team. The infusion clinic at hematology has also been great. The reason for the 2 stars has to do with Rachel Courtney at hematology and the leadership of that clinic. This is a pediatric hospital filled with specialists that are supposed to care for some of the most vulnerable patients, which are children. Rachel Courtney was anything but professional.
