Very poorly organized. You’ll spend most of your time waiting to get shuttled back and forth rather than being able to enjoy the show. Not suitable if you have really young kids. Even without kids, waiting the shuttle is unbearable . This parking situation is the “Fyre Festival” but at an air show.
HORRIBLE parking! 2 1/2 hours to catch a bus to the parking lot! People passing out in line!
Show was great but ruined by idiotic planning of logistics. People waiting in line for over two hours to get on shuttle bus to get to cars. People getting sick, emergency squads called in, no traffic control. Total mess. Never doing that again.
This event was planned poorly! Very disappointed ☹️ How about more effort in to exist plan very directing parking activity!!!
I am shocked by how poorly managed it was. Having people stand for hours on pavement in the blazing hot sun with no shade, no water, no readily available restrooms in order to board one of the few shuttle buses making occasional rounds wasn’t merely inconvenient - it was dangerous. My heart goes out to the folks who were vulnerable to heat stroke who found themselves stuck in that mess. Next year the bus drivers and the volunteers should be put in charge of the show. The parking is ridiculous. The set up they have is NOT working!!!!
Airshow itself is good. The buses and “rainy day” agenda parking they went by this year... AWFUL. Unfortunate because we won’t be back to a show during a rain week if this is the “plan b”
