I am not the first buyer to leave this dealership the worst possible review. And I’m sure I won’t be the last. It looks like they routinely sell cars out from under committed buyers, without honor or ethics, or common decency. When we were in the market for a new car, we went to Kepich. The salesman, Mike, was outstanding, listened, was not pushy, and worked so hard to find us the vehicle we wanted. The owner stopped by and chatted to make sure all was going well. We love our new Edge! We also loved dealing with Kepich Ford!
I purposely drive 15 miles to take my car to Kepich Ford, even though I have a Ford dealer with 2 miles of my house. Kepich is honest, easy to work with and they do what they say will do. They care about their customers and it shows. As an example - when I took my car in last, the pollen was pretty bad, so they kept my car in the garage so it wouldn't get covered. That's above and beyond service. Thanks!
