I am not the first buyer to leave this dealership the worst possible review. And I’m sure I won’t be the last. It looks like they routinely sell cars out from under committed buyers, without honor or ethics, or common decency. The salesman, Ray Miller, could only have been hedging his bets and stringing me along. I had a firm commitment to buy a 2012 Buick LaCrosse, pending a pre-purchase inspection.
