Most caring dentist I ever went to. Plus they have very modern equipment and options like laser instead of drilling ! From the doctor to the front desk this place is top notch.
5 stars!! Dr Kathy and all the staff are phenomenal! After an ENT visit that was unpleasant, we learned about Dr Bickel from our lactation consultant. She was recommended for my one month olds tongue and lip tie. We went today to the office and everything was explained and done so well. When I called for the appointment, even the phone experience was great. Highly recommend
Today we had our two month olds tongue tie corrected. The office staff was wonderful. When I first called to make the appointment they explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. Dr. Kathy was fantastic with our daughter and she too explained everything from what the procedure would entail and how to preform the exercises to ensure that the tie will not come back. Dr. Matt also made me feel at ease while our daughter was in the back having the procedure done. An all around pleasant office!
Everyone at Dayspring Dental is very professional and concerned about your dental health. They take their time and explain in detail what they are doing and how you can keep your teeth and gums healthy. I highly recommend Dayspring Dental if you are looking for dental care.
Dr Kathy was amazing with my 2 boys. It was my first time at this facility for her to exam my children for possible tongue/lip ties. She interacted very well with my 2 yr old and made him feel comfortable during his exam. And she did amazing work on my 2 month old. He was tongue/lip tied and needed the procedure done. She showed genuine concern with making sure he was nursing properly and I wasn't in pain. I had the best exam with Dr. Kathy while at Dayspring Dental. The office is beautiful and the staff are very nice. Everyone asked me if I was comfortable and ok throughout the visit. For most people the dentist is a scary place but here I felt completely comfortable. Dr. Kathy and Terry both were very informative and helpful when it came to my many questions. Dr. Matt and Dr. Kathy are spreading a great message and giving great services. I would highly recommend this establishment.
