Both of my kids have gone to Dayspring for many years off and on. The staff is always helpful and the therapist are easy to work with. I have never had a bad experience with these people. They do get busy and miss things just like any other business. Most of the problems that I have had are due to medicaid or Arkids and the staff always tries to help me sort it out.
Daysprings started out really good a few years ago and then went downhill in my opinion. A red flag to me was when I was trying to obtain the treatment plan for my son and filled out and faxed a ROI and legal guardianship to them and they still wouldn't release the information and I had to argue with them over the phone to send it. I desperately need a psych evaluation done and I have called 20 times today and gotten no answer. What kind of doctors office doesn’t have an option of leaving a voice message?! If I could leave a -5 star review I would.
