We had an extremely disappointing evaluation experience. After paying a significant amount, we learned that much of the work was done by interns rather than experienced clinicians. The clinic also failed to contact our child’s school, an essential step for proper input in an evaluation. During the feedback meeting, the provider was unprepared and could not provide exact test scores or detailed data from the evaluation.
