I’m a healthcare provider myself and found Dayspring to work well as an office and Dr Felstad as a clinician. My son had just turned 6 before his evaluation and I was concerned he might not cooperate with testing and cause inaccurate results, but he loved the experience and even asked when he got to go back. Horrible experience with scheduling, billing, and provider they set me up with. Do not recommend them to anybody.
Took my child here for a neuropsych evaluation since we had some academic concerns. We worked with Dr. Kelly McColm-Whitelow and had a good experience. I felt she heard our concerns and gave me realistic expectations of the report and prepared me for scenarios that may come up during testing. My child was nervous about staying there for the testing but Ally made him feel at ease while we toured the office with her.
