Took my car to him on March 27, 2023 and was told it needed new engine. I paid him to put engine in car. It is now November 7, 2024 and he has pushed my car out into the weeds at his shop. His phone is off so cant reach him by phone and he is never at the shop. If you value your car at all DO NOT take it to this shop.
I would give ZERO stars if it was an option. Joe Bob has given false promise after false promise. He has had my elderly father's truck for 3 months now. NO diagnostics have been ran!!! Vehicle after vehicle has come and gone and we know this because we have to physically go up there any time we want any information because calling leads NOWHERE.
