First of all, the call I made initially to make the reservation I was greeted by Luis. He was very kind and informative. Once I called back to reserve the room I then spoke to Sheri that was also very nice and helped me to reserve the room. They offered me a great price for an Ocean view suite. If you have a boat 20ft or less they have wet slips for an additional fee and a ramp to launch the boat. Also they have a plenty of space to park your trailer. The staff was very funny, welcoming, and eager to please. They suggested some really amazing local food! It was quiet and relaxing near the ocean; loved relaxing in the hammock and on the balcony later in the evening when it cooled down a little. I also had great laughs enjoying some drinks at the Iguana Patio. Enjoyed the pool. All around a great trip! I will definitely visit again.

Upon checking in, Sherry was our front desk staff. What an amazing woman. She was kind and witty. While at the pool, Keith, an employee, stopped by to see how things were going. Yet, another pleasant employee! We had a sun rise room on the 4th floor, and was breath taking! The rooms were a decent size. But overall, the customer service was beyond amazing! We felt so welcomed. I recommend everyone to stay here while in Islamorada!

We recently spent one night at the Days inn Islamorada ocean front property. Louis the front desk manager and the entire staff was extremely accommodating. They were always touching base to make sure we had everything we needed. Louis is a local expert and was knowledgeable on all activities in the area. There is s variety of rooms and suites to choose from, that are priced accordingly. The lady at the front desk (sherry) was very friendly and quick to suggest a restaurant. The guys at the jet ski rentals were fun and friendly too! I spent time in the lagoon and in the hammock, took pictures to send to my friends to make them envious!!

We planned on staying one night and then head down to key west. We never left. We had an ocean view that was wonderful. we ended up staying all 5 nights there. We drove down to key west and spent one day, then drove back and enjoyed the relaxing and fun resort. The staff was great, the room beautiful, the jet skis fun fun fun. We will be back for sure

I come here every summer and it is always the best place to stay. The staff here is genuine and knowledgeable. They give great ideas where to go to get a new experience whether it's a recommending where to go to eat or a new adventure. It's nice and clean as well as quite with a beautiful view, perfect for relaxing.

Had yet another great time, lots of great activities and restaurants. Obviously the fishing is great and the on site water sports company is amazing, I was able to stroll out of my room and hop on jet skis. Great location however some updating and better wifi would benefit this site. Will be back again!!
