The pictures tell the story, old, running the place in ground. Grungy hotel, dated. Very sad for Wyndham to keep a place like this. Their photos are not a true statement.

Front desk - worst ever! Customer service - worst ever! Do you think the lady would at least go into the locked breakfast door at 6:50 to get me a creamer? Heck no - I had to stand there and wait for 10 minutes. She told me to use the machine in the room with the powder creamer packets. Room - Oh boy where do I start. Super smelly and it looks like they tried to remodel but the doors and cabinets are so old. I am guessing the smoke still looms from that. Very unfriendly and awful place to stay!!!!
Buenos días! Quería reclamar que, cuando estuvimos el dia 21 de agosto, dejamos olvidadas 2 pulseras y un collar que compramos a los nativos. Unas horas después llamó, nuestro guía para preguntar por ellas y dijeron que las tenían. Nunca las devolvieron. Deberían de haberlas devuelto, ya que les convierte en un hotel poco eficiente y sin valores ni principios para el pasajero. Era un recuerdo de su país y por su culpa me llevo una mala impresión. Nice room, dog friendly and the desk clerk gave us complimentary laundry detergent so that we could wash some clothes. All of our needs were met so that we could pursue more adventures the next day.
