Breakfast was very disappointed 😞
Best handicapped accessible room yet except for rub instead of shower. Will definitely stay here again. Extremely clean an comfortable.
The staff at this establishment are invaluable, and their customer service and care exceed all expectations. The desk staff is compassionate and caring, willing to go the extra mile to accommodate guests. The service staff ensures that rooms are clean and orderly, paying close attention to detail. The management of this staff is understanding, culturally competent, caring, and above all else. This business is proficient in hospitality, and I am always blessed to be a part of their guests.
Kind & Caring Customer Service, Very Clean & Neat. Thoughtful On Fact I Had My Infant [Downstairs Room] & I Felt Comfortable & Safe.
This place is fine for a short visit. Only problems were, had to ask for an ironing board, and it looked as if someone had tried to sit on it, (bent up pretty bad), and no coffee pot in the room. Other than that, kiddo loved the indoor pool, and we had a tornado warning, and the staff was very accommodating, as I moved about 10 little girls, and 6 adults, to the lobby for safety.
