We needed a location that was close to UT Health. It was just a short drive straight up the street. The room was everything that was needed. As far as the service goes, it was excellent. We needed a first floor room, it was available. She provided extra towels and a shower chair. We were extremely pleased.

I did not have a pleasant stay at this hotel, and unfortunately, I would not recommend staying here. The hotel employees were extremely unprofessional, and unhelpful. For the past four days, I have been getting the runaround regarding my $50 deposit as well as a refund for a stay that ultimately never happened. We originally left the hotel and later returned, but the room was extremely humid, and after being there for some time, roaches began coming out.
