Such an amazing place! This is a truly luxurious and grand hotel, on top of a hill with incredible mountain views. The property is so vast and stunning that two eyes are simply not enough to take it all in. The service was exceptional—front desk staff, housekeeping, and the general manager were all incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. Everyone goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable. Absolute nightmare at this place, eh? We found bed bugs in two different rooms they tried to put us in. We didn’t stick around for a third—just packed up our gear and headed out right then and there. I’d heard through the grapevine that the place changed hands recently, and boy, does it show. It’s definitely not the same hotel we used to enjoy coming to.
