My first trip to US and made a mistake in my reservation. They were not willing to change the date even They got my money and They had Rooms available. Greedy and evil People.
Have stayed a few times and will continue to stay here when in this area. Everyone is nice and the rooms are straight
The pictures we saw and the reviews on another site were not what we saw when we drove up. Place was not very nice. Went to check in and got around back to find our room only to realize we weren’t given an entry card. There were sketchy looking people hanging around outside and coming out of the shadows. Didn’t even get out of the car. Drove back around to the desk to cancel and leave. We’re told we couldn’t get a refund because the manager wasn’t there and didn’t know when they would be back. Price is right, needs a face-lift, but overall a comfortable room and it has an elevator for us old folks! The front desk staff were very helpful!
