Completely disgusted with the room. Roaches everywhere. In the sheets too. Front desk acting like it's no big deal. Says roaches are not a refundable problem. I swear the lack of service in some places is ridicules. I would have given a refund and personally found a room for the guests.
Excellent hotel because all service are good
Reverse the room online drove a hour and half and was refused the room because my hometown is not far enough away for them to rent me a room shouldn't matter if it's 2 miles away or 200 miles away my money is just as good as anybody else's
im a long time diamond member who books rooms regularly in multiple states and was treated horribly by the staff because of the complaints i made about my stay. they decided to try & say i smoked in the room & produced some fraudulent picture that they made up & said we smoked in the room & said i was not allowed on the property after he recharged my card for a $150 fee because i complained & made up lies & fake evidence to steal money from a paying customer.
