The Staff and the customer service!!!! Pure EXCELLENCE! The room was great and he enjoyed his stay. I remember thinking if I need anything the cleaners are right there everyday! It was spotless with NO odors. (I went to the one in Madison Heights and the carpet was filthy, it smelled horrible with weed on top.)The front desk were total life savers! The staff were friendly and most likely the best thing about this hotel. the facility is good but of course every hotel needs some updating.
Booked a king room was issued a double queen and told theyre overbooked. Guy next to me must have been dying.Because he was yelling all night.I had to report to the front desk to get some sleep. AC unit was so loud and the WI.Fi was total trash
Great hotel with reasonable price. Friendly staff and nice clean room! Very quiet and I got good sleep, which is surprising since they allowed pets..
