Very good service and room quality
Great spot!
I don’t know why people are so picky. First off the staff up at the front desk are awesome and so down to earth, 2nd they provide a small continental breakfast, but it’s only from 6 am-9-am, third they don’t take deposit but only if you’re not staying more than two days or so. Fourth, the location is great. The rooms feel actually clean, beds are nice, it’s quiet and comfortable. Great service here! Andre was super helpful when we accidentally booked an extra room. He was able to make sure we didn’t pay for both rooms.
Rooms were not cleaned (even after asking if they could at least put fresh towels daily since we would be staying a few days), music played at the banquet hall till 2-3am. We were told it usually ended at 11pm. Overall just frustrating when you are there for a funeral and cannot rest. We ended up leaving early and going elsewhere.
