I came to Book a Room for 3 Days for my 2 Year old Son n Myself a Jacuzzi Room. When I first Arrived I was greeted by Very Polite Staff his name was [Andre] Very Well outspoken individual with Respect and gratitude that every place of business needs. Me and my partner are both under the age of 21. We were traveling to the area and booked a room with this hotel. We do understand that most hotels do not allow you to book a room if you are under 21, we had previously stayed with the Grand Rapids days inn with no problems. We are turned away at check in at this hotel. Which would have been fine except for the fact that the employee refused to refund us for the room. So, not only did we have to find another hotel last minute, we were still charged $90!

This hotel is a very good hotel. I am a diamond member with Wyndham before staying here I saw some bad reviews but also some good ones so I booked the room taking a chance these people leaving bad reviews are crybaby’s entitled people for 70 bucks this is a very good hotel nothing wrong with it very friendly and accommodating staff Andre at the front desk is very helpful makes sure I get the room I want while I’m in town good staff in general I recommend this hotel

One of the nicest Days Inn locations in the country. Courteous, professional, and helpful staff; clean, comfortable rooms with excellent heating, hot water, water pressure, and channel selection on the TV. Check-in went smoothly, as did getting a replacement key when I locked myself out of my room. This will definitely be my go-to Wyndham property when I am in metro Detroit.
