It's a middle of the road place to stay. Just do not expect perfection. Staff was nice. Our room was pretty clean. Older toilets ect. Continental breakfast
Reserved a handicap room, paying extra for this online only to be told none exist when we get here. First thing we notice about the room itself is 3 out of the 6 room lights don’t work. Then we see the roaches, 1 on the window curtains the other by the front door. Then I find the trash that housekeeping didn’t clean up.
Very clean and quiet. Spacious room and in a great location. Friendly staff. Will be back for sure 😊
ROACHES!!! BEWARE!!! Woke up, turned lights on and found ROACHES! Went straight to the service desk with pictures and videos, (which I will post here if I can figure out) Tina the manger rudely informed me all she could do was give a 20% discount on a future room! As if I'd want to come back? I told her this and she said oh well 🤷♂️ She then LOCKED OUR KEY CARDS TO THE ROOM WITHOUT NOTICE! WHERE I HAD MY DOGS! Will be contacting corporate asap in 17 minutes when the call center opens. DO NOT STAY HERE
Easy to get to off I75. Rooms are decent, baths need updated. Beds are more comfortable than they have a right to be. Bring salt and pepper for breakfast, they adamantly do not have any. Breakfast is perfectly adequate but do not insult the orange juice it irritates the management. Pool is very nice. 6 yo thinks this is the best place ever and wants to move in, tho she was in the pool a lot and may be sun drunk. Overall a decent place for a decent price and we will be visiting again.
