Had the worst experience with front desk receptionist "sky" she is very loud and keeps customers waiting has no awareness that there are customers waiting for her and will continue to talk about personal stuff and keep everyone waiting. She's very loud and obnoxious and uses foul language

They are so sweet and understandable I've been here since 10/21. Jasmine, Sky and Gaby aways a big help when I need them they all are very nice and friendly and will take care of you 😊
I reserved a room and got to the location and the clerk looked high on something then proceeded to charge me a $50.00 deposit. I told them to cancel the reservation but they never did. When I contacted the third party app I made the resvration through they couldn't reach anyone to get the reservation refunded. Will never stay there after this experience.
