I had to go to three different rooms the first the remote shocked me as soon as I picked it up . The second smelled like pure mildew and then he said we could get a suite on the top floor that looked just like the other ones but we are tired now at almost 1 a.m. in the morning . I was charged an excessive $1,565 for a three-night stay and accused of stealing a mirror, an iron, and an ironing board. When I called to clarify that all of those items were mine, the management repeatedly hung up on me. This reflects extremely poor management and a lack of professionalism. I expect a prompt resolution and a refund.
