Went to go check in because I had car issues and stayed in Dallas as my car cause getting repaired , upon check in the woman was extremely rude seemed as if she didn't have time to say two words to me and then proceeded to mention to me their should be no men entering and leaving the room without staying insinuating I was a street worker .This area around the hotel is filled with crime and sex workers .Dont recommend to anyone

Front desk agent tonight 05/17 very rudely hung up after canceling my reservation without calling to verify my information or get an authorization from my bank. I am a diamond rewards member and you people are absolutely disgusting!!! Dont stay here!
