My Guy Mr. Patel made my experience a great one. He was warm and friendly like a long lost neighbor. In fact he was also by way of NY so he took care of me like good neighbor. Very kind and wished me well on my job interview. Good people like that are rare.
It's a 2 star hotel as advertised. The floors were clean, there were no roaches, all rooms are accessed from inside the building. The location is fine for the Dallas area, I had no concerns about safety. I booked online and had no issues checking in. We stayed in Dallas after flying in from DFW. The room was spacious. It appears to have been updated. Everything needs a good deep clean or to be replaced (sheets with holes/stains, ripped/stained curtains, bathroom door is swollen from water damage, walls need to be wiped down)... read more
