Don't bother checking in on your mobile device, i still had to provide all the information in person, the receptionist said she don't know why they send that message to people. Bring snacks & water/drinks if you want to pick on anything, the vending machine had zero items. The free breakfast, had only bread for toast, oatmeal, cereal and make your own pancakes. They give you clean bed sheets here but the walls and the doors of the room are filthy the floors are barely clean I take a shower and by the time I finish taking a shower the water is up to my knees in the tub it appears to Brian and the amenities that you are supposed to get and receive are totally lowered I have stayed at Days inns up and down the East Coast and it appears every time the brand and the amenities that you are supposed to get when you stay there are totally trashed

My uncle used this firm years ago for his wreck and when semi truck hit me last month I remembered his recommendation, Jason picked up within two rings and his personal attention throughout entire process made incredibly stressful situation much more bearable and manageable always

This place is terrible, first the lady at the front desk (christen) I believe she said her name was, very bad disposition should not be in customer service, the room was just as bad as her service , walls filthy, paint peeling everywhere, linen dirty. I would not recommend at all!!
