The staff was friendly, room was clean, the pool area very clean. Everyday the staff came in to clean the room. Laundry facilities on premises. The inn was close to downtown San Antonio. Thank you for having us.
Disgusting! Hair all over the bathroom, urine on the toilet, blood on the wall, and a roach in the bathroom. Staff at the front desk (Maggie) was very defensive and rude when I told her. She said it's an outdoor hotel so we should expect a few bugs. She also claimed the zippered mattress covers were washed after every visit. I have these types of covers on my beds and home and know how hard they are to get on and off so I highly doubt this but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt on that one. It wasn't bad at all the staff was very kind! Beds were a little hard but did the trick. The rooms & grounds could use some upgrades and deep cleaning though.

Whenever I'm in San Antonio this is my spot! Very reasonable prices, clean rooms, clean pool area, close distance to everything especially having family in the military I can get on base in literally 5min!! Not to mention the staff has always been very helpful. Met Maggie when I 1st went in and she was more than helpful considering I left the disgusting Americas Best Value Inn down the street to stay here and I'm so glad I did!
