My dad is undergoing a stem cell transplant for bone marrow cancer at Stanford, and this morning he booked a 4 night reservation at this place. His appointment was unexpectedly pushed back a day and when he called to change his reservation, he was given the run around and told that the booking would not be changed- by ONE day. Bad customer-service bad communication pull not working for the weekend ...
There was a bath provided but no bath stopper so we called reception and they said we could only have a shower as they did not provide stoppers, if they don't wish us to have a bath do not provide a bath �
Had a very bad experience. Went to give my medically fragile child a bath and the drain was filled with someone else's hair. Then when taking a shower the smoke alarm went off. When checking out there was a sign that said be back in 10 minutes, 20 minutes later someone comes. This made me late for the hospital and my child's appointment had to be rescheduled.
Big rooms, good pool , clean look . easy check inns , my kids had fun fun there.
Exercise room non existent. Free breakfast lousy maid service? Ha ha.
