RecommendedWe didn't make breakfast time, or utilize the room service. But the room was big and clean. Smelled good. Staff was nice. Pool was clean. Not a single complaint! oh, and the rate was Great!😁 We would stay here again.
Stayed 1 night the place is dirty they put me in a room that is flea infested. They stuck us in another room that the half drier didn’t work, the shower didn’t work, tv reception was totally shot. Elevator was scary. Fire hazard no steps? Should have slept in my car. Never will go back. Place should be closed down, people that own it don’t care about anyone or anything.
Room was suppose to be cleaned by 3pm got there a little later and still had to wait for it to be cleaned. Continental breakfast was just cereal, toast and coffee. The rooms smelled like off brand febreeze that stuck to the sheetz for days. Other than all that it was affordable. P.S. don't order room service.
Never in my life have I ever had such an horrible experience with a hotel until I booked with Days Inn.. first I booked online paid FULLY online had my confirmation number, ID, etc.. once we arrived they tried arguing we did not pay and they wanted to run our CC again.. after about a 10 min argument they mysteriously found our confirmation.. ok cool.. well when I booked online it was for a room with a $30 food voucher.. once we tried to retrieve our voucher they told us we did not pay for it once again.. The place was plain but CLEAN! Pool is as clean which you would think was normal, but sadly it’s not the norm. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Hotel is very close to the arenas & the airport to which they also offer a shuttle
Good quality hotel pool was a little cold but not a bad place to stay friendly service
Spent two nights here and couldn't complain. The staff was super nice. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Our room was a little small, but clean. The in-ground pool needs some work but the water was clean.
