Exceptional service front desk was awesome breakfast was very good will stay there again
I have been staying at this location for over a year every time I come down to Mobile and I have never had a bad experience. They have always done everything to make sure I have a great time and I hope that the staff has a great year and I look forward to coming back in March. God bless you all.
Surprisingly clean and comfortable. The only problem I had was the TV didn't work my neighbors were extremely loud in the hallway but besides that it was a very pleasant stay. I'd definitely stay there again
I found two live cockroaches in my hotel room in the middle of the night (photos available). I was moved rooms, but I couldn’t sleep afterward. The next morning, the owner was extremely rude and dismissive when I raised the issue. To make matters worse, the receipt I was given contained another guest’s personal information on the back, which is a serious privacy concern. I would not stay here again.
