If I could give a negative 0 stars I would!! This was a trip for Mardi Gras excited for fun quickly turned to terrible. I stayed in room 320 and there were BED BUGS!!!! I address the issue with the night staff and even brought a dead bed bug to front desk to show her and she replied only the manager can give a refund. I called the manager Tariq hours later demanding refund for inconvenience only to be told he would look into it and call back. We are on day 4 of No call back. I found myself at the last minute, needing a room, and this was the only hotel that I can find near where I was working. The room was clean and tidy and the staff was very friendly. I’m on the road 25 days a month and I usually stay in an Airbnb or luxury hotel. This place was as clean and well kept as any. The owner was very kind and it was actually nice and peaceful. The best thing about it is the price. You will not find any other hotel at this price that is this nice. I will stay here every time I come to Mobile.
The breakfast is very little. There is not enough soap in the rooms.
