This room is dirty and full of shoddy repairs. The fake wood floor is all bubbled up and spongy. Cobwebs in the corners. Bad wall repairs. Beds feel ancient. Chair is filthy.
the floor is bubbly spongy and uneven due to not being laid properly the walls are cracking in places and the paint is bubbled also in the corners of the rooms there are cobwebs that have been there for years the chair that you're supposed to sit in to relax is filthy the bed feels like the mattress is ancient and all in all it's just a Sub standard room.
Small rooms place was dirty and smelt like faeces bathroom was a joke it was so small Coffee pot in bathroom was so unhygienic Staff had no idea how to make a bed Female staff member with Ted hair was rude and unhelpful Corridor the carpet was stained and the smell was awful
Unbelievable we booked 3 nights. Got to the room and it smelled horrible! We looked at another room while walking up the stars it was filthy dirty. Got to the room there was garbage in a fake tree. The room the floor was dirty. We said we didn't want to stay they said too bad they couldn't do a refund. Do NOT stay here. I'll be contacting the BBB. Horrible, terrible worst place I've ever stayed! Not only dirty and noisy, but rude staff who says it's 'frowned upon' for them to allow guests to switch rooms mid-stay. They've apparently never heard the term 'The customer is always right!' NEVER COMING BACK! I would have left already, but prepaid for my rooms.
