Suzanne the manager promised us a refund for 1 night stay since we spent a week in a room with wet floors due to the humidifier leaking. Instead of offering to move us to another room Suzanne put 4 towels down to “soak up the wet spots”. As we are in the middle of a pandemic I found this highly disgusting and inappropriate! She never refunded us and every time we called “she wasn’t available”. The shower head was hanging off and bugs coming out of the hole from the wall. Dear whomever this may concern. My reservation was canceled due to new ownership. We stayed last July 4 week and were inconvenienced and moved to 3 separate rooms because one the shower was broken and then the next room the toilet was broken and the third room the ceiling was falling in and had mold on it. WE PAID FULL PRICE FOR THE WEEK AND WERE TREATED LIKE TRASH. SO NOW YOU CANCELED OUR COMP STAY FOR THIS YEAR. WOW...REALLY CLASSY MOVE ON YOUR PART. THANKS ALOT DAYS INN
Disgusting room, blood on the carpet, water stains on the ceiling, bugs in the room. Noisy and lumpy beds. Exterior dilapidated as well. Very disappointing.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The room was dirty and had a tree air freshener trying to cover up the cigarette smell. I changed rooms and we had the same luck with above. We used the pool and it was clean inside but had the same piece of gum stuck on the deck for the 3 days we were there. They clearly don’t clean or check their facilities. All towels we had were dirty. Floors were hard tile and also dirty.moved from 344 to 106 bc blood on wall near toilet paper. Also didn't put nonething but 2 small bottles of shampoo in our room.gave us 1 tiny bottle of lotion....very bad for $73 a night. Will never stay again.
Beds too small, floor near air conditioning soaking wet and sunk in from the air conditioner leaking, called to report it nothing was done, no different room given.
The room was ok but we had roaches in the room and the manager didn't want refund us our money we paid 240 for 1 night and he gave us 80 back....we couldn't get another room all the other hotels were booked so they had us by the kahonas
