They overxharged us by $60+ without saying anything when asked about it they said they charged us more for our 1 year old!! The breakfast was a joke with hard bread and frozen english muffins, the cream cheese tasted old, the pool is in need of some serious repairs, and the people were rude.
nobody was at the desk. They left a phone number to call if you needed help. Unexpected fees for animals and was not told about this until after they had all the credit card information. The dogs cost was more per dog than the humans cost per person. Food was terrible. I booked through hotels.com and got a final price that was $43.99 less than I was charged when I got to the motel. I asked the person at the desk nd they said they they don't tell you about this when you do it through Expedia or hotels.com! the pool was NASTY!

Horrible customer service! We stayed there and there was hair in the bathtub, dirty sheets and when asked for additional bath towels (only 2 in room) was told to come to front desk for them. Got a virus when connected to hotel internet on top of all this! When called to talk to manager, after writing 2 emails in which we received NO responses, front desk lady yelled at us when we asked to speak to manager about issue. Clean room pool little cool lots of different place to go ��
Room was fine, clean. Bed is hard. Pool was nice but cloudy. Breakfast we skipped and went to Shoneys. I just can't get the "Days Inn" reputation out of my head.
