My daughter left her wallet there 3 weeks ago. We have been trying desperately to get management to help send her wallet back. She sent a prepaid package, they said never received. Ups has been trying to get in touch w/ management to help us get her wallet back; the manager can't even respond to their messages. How hard is it to just put in a box or envelope so UPS can label it and get it!!! We have already paid 2 day shipping fees, 3 weeks ago. So frustrating.

I did read the reviews and decided to give this property a try anyway. This is one I wish I never ran across. From billing to customer service to just the general state of the property. The room is terrible, the phone does not work I have a photo of it it's from the 90's. The alarm clock is broke, sent my son to the front desk to ask for another clock and tell him the phone is also not working. Front desk tools us to use our cellphone to make calls and for an alarm. The sink us broke, the pull for the sink stopper is broken cannot drain the sink properly. there is only a couple outlets in the room. This was one of the filthiest places I have ever been too in my life. Rooms was filthy. Towels and rags was filthy. Roaches, blood stains on the beds and bed skits, holes in the wall, toilet over flows, the tubs wouldn’t drain still had water in it from last guest. Glad we only stayed one night. I went to front desk to complain and was asked by the employee if I would like some towels and cleaner spray to clean it. WOW.... REALLY? Towels and cleaner spray wouldn’t have helped one bit.
