RecommendedStayed here with a friend over the weekend and this place was one of the best places I’ve stayed Lesley checked us in she was very nice answered everything we asked we stayed here many years ago she checked us in than to so it was nice to see that she was still there one of the best they have really up graded 😊
It was overall great till finding out the lady didn’t put our information incorrect and now they won’t give our deposit back I do not plan on spending my money there again
This place is a complete train wreck. We stopped there on a road trip from NC to FL. The staff was not the friendliest and acted more bothered than anything. The first room we went to, the beds were all a mess and there was a headprint in the pillow where it was obvious someone had been laying on the bed. There was also a drink cup on the night stand. Just an FYI that if you & your family get in a car accident & notify the Super 8 Flagstaff I-40 Ex 198 Lucky Lane just about 90 min or so past their cut-off time, they’ll still keep all your money ($220+) even though your husband had to go to the ER, you yourself now have horrible vertigo, and your poor toddlers never got to see snow and now likely won’t get to this year, because you’re out the money you would have used to re-book. Great customer service, you selfish idiots.
RecommendedNice quiet rooms for a date night
One of the worst places that I have ever stayed. Roaches. Crack heads making noise all hours of the night. Disgusting! I even changed rooms to one in the front. Thinking that the meth freaks would stay away. Not a chance of that! People screaming in the parking lot at all hours. The staff is it’s only saving grace. Please do not waste your hard earned money here. A couple dollars more give you a far superior stay
this place is appalling they tried to deny my registered service animal with all her paperwork then I had trouble getting into my room after finding it as they told me the wrong area completely. I finally gormin my room and had to shove my body against the door just to get it shut and lock. there is blood and just nasty all over the curtains they are falling off the window the door jam to bathroom has nails sticking out hasn't been cleaned sheets were disgusting cockroaches crawling around no smoke detector and where it was ... read more
