TOTALLY EMBARRASSED I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! We stayed here for the JUCO World Series last year. Hotel was not terrible for the price point last year...showed up this year after recommending to other families...TOTALLY EMBARRASSED I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! The initial manager that check us in was nice, the rest of the staff that were there at night were horrible! Rude, and not in any position to be in any hospitality business!! I gave it a 3 because the breakfast was good, the employee cooking was a very nice lady, however the door to get into the building we were in was broken so anyone could walk in & out, we had non smoking but our room STUNK like cigarettes, our toilet gurgled & was so wobbly we were afraid to use it
Dirty dirty dirty, missing sink drain stopper, peeling toilet seat, filthy bathtub, no knob on shower to even turn the water on, carpet frayed, missing half the carpet baseboard, crumbs on the table, trash left behind chair, dust, toilet paper roll coming OUT of the wall, etc etc.
The hotel itself was fine, the only problem was I called before getting there and asked about truck parking. I was told they had plenty of parking all around the hotel..... when i pulled into the entrance side of the hotel I was met with a very sharp “s” curve between the hotel and a cub/tree and with a Pete and 53’ step deck trailer it was pretty tight. Room was dirty which is weird as to reeked of disinfectant. Think it was trying to cover urine smell. Windows have no screens so couldn't air out, and as strong as smell was burned my nose, upset my stomach and gave me a head ache. Took everything we had to get Windows to lock, as they were shut but anyone could climb in unlocked Windows. We left room less than 5 minutes later but manager not available to refund stay. We we're not offered any options to change rooms or anything else. Even hallways were dirty. Will never use ... read more
Carpet needed cleaned, place smelled like smoke & security door was open all night. Didn't think it was worth the price.
