Roaches in room 129, smells of chemicals i had rashes and my service animal was uncomfortable 😣 roaches on the bed behind the bed the bsthroom walls and tubs i was promised a whole refund never received no call backs what $20 nothing. We had to leave ourvstuff in the car. Room 125 so so floor very dirty. We killed 15 roaches 🪳 slept with lights on
The staff is friendly and the restaurant is good however the room 129 had roaches behind the bed on the wall in the tub dead the carpet is dingy it was bad my service animal could not sleep neither do I told them and Mrs Patel refuse to refund one night. We were transferred to room 125 and had no problems but I wouldn’t stay plus I had developed an allergic rash to whatever chemicals sprayed in the room I was told that terminix came. Even the staff said roaches and mice is a big problem and rooms need update I wish I checked... read more
