I will never stay here again. Horrible
I had a very personable and professional lady but the name of CeCe who helped me at the desk I got a very nice room very spacious room 107 and I was very pleased with the experience it would help if it were a little bit less expensive but it was well worth the time
Disaster. I made online reservations over a month in advance. When I checked in, the first room reeked so bad of stale smoke I couldn't even go all the way in the room. Plus the first thing I saw was a HUGE (about 1 foot diameter) hole in the carpet. Requested a different room. The second room was like a vacant condemned motel room. It was dingy and was void of anything (room phone didn't work, TV had a busted screen and didn't work, no mini fridge, microwave or coffee pot. I got there. I have a digital credit card. I said I had to have a physical which it didn't say anywhere on its site. Could not check in. Awful, just awful.
Talk about ghetto they didn't have any rooms available on first floor and sent me across the street to super 8
