Impolite staff, dirty rooms and next to no water pressure.
My sister stayed here in August and they charged her 2x for the same room - after her bank credited her for the double charge the manager of the hotel disputed it and told her bank that my sister authorized someone to use her debit card. The bank believed him and took back the money. My sister is retired on a fixed income. This hotel is run by lying crooks -don't stay here!
Nice place to stay but the rooms and linens were very damp! New ownership, seem like nice people, working to make things better.
Really friendly front desk but not a good experience overall. Overall shabbiness included Leaking ceiling in our wing's hallway complete with soggy carpeting, overwhelming strong odors in the hallways, indifferent breakfast, cleaning. Pool not available reliably - different times posted and over the phone then in effect, very loud air conditioning coupled with incredible highway noise from the near constant stream of trucks. Staff very nice and we wanted to like it in spite of all.
