Best place to stay very nice employees very helpful clean and comfortable
I was given a king room as a discount because it is a non-smoking room and someone had smoked in it which was all right. But the TV didn't work for starts. Then I was woken up at 3:30 in the morning by someone else entering the room because of the front desk assigned that room to someone else while I was still in it. When I complained about the issue I was treated like it was my fault for being upset about it. If you’re looking for a cold death trap shower and no working ice machine this is your place. Wasn’t told at check in there was no hot water. Went to get in shower almost fell on my face as the shower is super slippery. Once in realized the water wasn’t even Luke warm. I get dressed tell front desk and they say they are working on it. I said so what if it doesn’t get fixed will I be refunded so I can go elsewhere. They said they’d figure something out for me. I fell asleep and woke up around 11pm. I tried to call and speak to a manager about this job housekeeping but every time I call the man said the manager is not there so where is he? He’s gone all day. I’m trying to get a job a part-time job.
