We stay here at least 4 times a year. It’s about halfway between home & Nashville, where our daughters live. The rooms are nice & clean, there are many restaurants in the area, and the price is reasonable! We love KNOWING that, after a 6.5 hour drive, this place is always here to welcome us.
This stay was part of an impulse trip over Labor Day weekend. I made the decision to book the night at a stop in WV, 30-40 minutes before arriving after midnight. Hotel is up the hill and back in the cut! I was there less than 5 hours, to take a nap. The night staff was super helpful, when I had an issue with my key, even helped me schlep my luggage back upstairs.
I was there yesterday and for some reason they just charged my card today for 50$ …. I don’t care if it’s a charge an incidental or what it is why the hell are you charging me a day after I checked out ????!!! I’ve travel in hotels most of the year last 9 years never had this problem . The ceiling was also all over the floor I can provide a photo and a better detailed review of everything wrong with the room with photos of my money isn’t returned asap , ridiculous, of course I called first and nobody answered
The room was great but room service was lacking.they were never in our room to even empty trash.we got towels from a gentleman who was coming out of the laundry room but over all thee rooms were clean and comfortable would stay there again
The room was very clean and the customer service was great. We were very pleased with everything
