If I could give this place zero stars I would. The women at the front desk are as miserable as the day is long in the middle of August in Texas. Extremely miserable and dry! They stole my money, called the cops, over an "incidental" piece of paperwork that wasn't signed in a timely manner. They had me kicked out within 15 minutes of being there. Not even giving me a chance to get it signed. I hadn't even slept in the bed to have any incidental charges to even be worried about. Losers! Don't go there!

I was in town for business Crystal and Jenna at the front desk went above and beyond in customer service. Definitely recommend.

We checked in at 8pm, we went to our room, and the key wouldn't work, so we had to go back down to the lobby. The front desk clerk said, "They're working on something in there," and she proceeded to go upstairs to check. I was confused as to why they would be working in a room at 8pm when our check in time was 3. We were able to get into the room once she confirmed it was okay.
