Never will book a room with these people again, staff rude as can be left me stranded after staying at this location for literally over two years! Will be calling corp office cause this is not acceptable, every hall smells like weed!

Bites from bed bugs all over my daughter's body , and dirty rooms 1st room the floor was wet from the ac , then they put us in new room with the same problem the girls there seemed to not care about the situation , bathrooms half cleaned due to 1 house keeper for the whole hotel we had to clean the bathtub ourselves just to take daughter a bath , on top of that staff was unprofessional with bad vibes talking about not wanting to do anything as I was checking in. My advice spend the extra money and go next door

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The women at the front desk are as miserable as the day is long in the middle of August in Texas. Extremely miserable and dry! They stole my money, called the cops, over an "incidental" piece of paperwork that wasn't signed in a timely manner. They had me kicked out within 15 minutes of being there. Not even giving me a chance to get it signed. I hadn't even slept in the bed to have any incidental charges to even be worried about. Losers! Don't go there!

I was in town for business Crystal and Jenna at the front desk went above and beyond in customer service. Definitely recommend.
