Front counter staff were amazing.
I would give this place 10 stars if I could, based on the customer service alone. Uvalde was experiencing severe flooding, and I was stranded there for work. I live in San Antonio and normally drive back and forth every day, but all the roads in, out, and around Uvalde were closed, so I had no way to get home. I had called a few hours earlier and was told there were about 10 rooms available. I mistakenly assumed I could wait until I got off work at 9:00 p.m. before booking. The stay was everything it was supposed to be.
We had a great stay! The staff is very friendly and the rooms were clean. I appreciate how quiet it is. Also pet friendly! Plenty of places to walk the dog. Will be coming here again!
