Would absolutely not recommend staying here stains on the bed sheets and towels, hair all in the bathroom stains in the toilet and sink, garabge laying around the floor in the room the worst hotel you could possibly stay in would not even give it a 1 star rating
The staff here are fantastic they are so kind and they really made my stay very very pleasant the hotel is very clean exceptionally and I would not think twice about staying here again if I am ever in the East end this is the go-to place Happy New Year
staff unhappy and there was no hot water
