I stayed here on multiple nights in the last two months. I read some of the reviews, and while my stay has not been perfect, it certainly is not what I'm reading in some of the other reviews. The staff was completely helpful and polite at check-in, check-out, and every time we needed something. Rooms were clean (although some portions of the property were obviously on the older side, but not in bad repair) and all our expectations were met or exceeded. Nice staff, disgusting hotel
I asked for a handicapped accessible room, as I use a walker and need bars in the bathroom to help me up and down on the toilet, bars in the shower to keep my balance, and a bathroom large enough that I can get my , sowalker in for stability . The only bar in the tub was to put your washcloth on. The phone was broke in the room, so if I needed something from the desk, I had to walk all the way up front.
