Our stay at the hotel was, for the most part, quite pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff at the front desk were helpful. Unfortunately, the breakfast was a major disappointment and really soured our overall experience. The breakfast consisted of some tired-looking fries, 2 eggs, 2 pieces of watermelon that seemed past time. No cereals no hot meals. It says " breakfast included" but there is no breakfast.

The room was advertised as a queen, but it was definitely a double. Room was clean, somewhat recently renovated.The complimentary breakfast was boiled eggs, boiled sausage, toast, fruit, and cubed potatoes. Some coffee and water. Really not much to offer. Staff was friendly and welcoming, so thank you. Not a lot of choice in Sylvan Lake, so you get what you pay for I guess

I love this place and I have been in this hotel few times. Buffet is great and cheap , reception very friendly. I hope see you soon again😀😀😀 Very quiet and comfortable. The bed was perfect, i woke up well rested. Breakfast was a hot meal with a good selection of foods to choose from. I checked in the first night for only one night and came back the next night when i found i had to stay another night and it was a quick check in. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was okay - nothing fancy. Staff was so accommodating.

Stayed here with a team for a hockey tournament in the area - very clean and staff was friendly and notably accommodating. Seems like a well-run place - would recommend staying here if you need something in the sylvan area!
