Older hotel but staff was awesome and right where we needed to be
A star removed only due to the vents and AC unit being extremely dusty. The rest was excellent for the price and staff were very friendly. Would stay there again!
ELevation Lodge is a very nice place to stay.Anna , your host is very informative on we're to go when you are here. Super hot shower, witch I need , comfortable bed's and clean rooms. I can't wait to come back to Tahoe and stay here again, full on easy ice machine!
Excellent customer service by Ana at check in , and Arminda at the room service, both very kind and attentive. I was assigned to room number 18, the ac during the day is not working good enough , is hotter inside the room than outside . There aren’t any nightlights. The overall lighting in the room is not enough. The shower door needs to be fix, it does not close propertly. The room was clean. There is coffe pods and the beds are comfortable.
