The non-smoking room smelled like cigarettes and the floors were filthy. Not even close to what the photographs showed. Someone needs to inspect this place. My sheets had bunch of loose hair, black and brown stains. Obviously nothing in that room was cleaned for a long time. The heater was set up to 74 but the room was not even 40 degrees.
