First room we went into 118 on backside of hotel smelled like rotten food, mold and smoke, even though it said smoke free. Outlets didn't work, we immediately asked for another room which they did. Second room 119 on the front side of the hotel had dirty sheets, chairs, hole in bathroom door and did not latch, commode dirty and had to hold the handle to flush, mold on ceiling, shower didn't work, holes in flooring. The environment was laid back quiet no disturbances,room could've been cleaner comforter and sheets were not clean ,management was courteous.
Room floors were dirty Dingy towels
