Tried to help elderly gentleman contact his visiting daughter from Europe without a local phone. Front desk refused to leave a message for her because he didn’t have her room number. They were incredibly rude with zero compassion for the emergency. Shame on you Wyndham properties for running such a dump.
The property is in need of many repairs and upgrades. The room had holes in the wall, the toilet seat was barely attached, the bed was uncomfortable noisy, the carpet was badly damaged, and in need of replacing, both chairs in the room were disgusting and unsuitable, the paint was peeling and dirty, the bathtub had mold in it and the lighting was in suitable.
