Wow!! Kudos to Patrick at the front desk....so grateful for you!!! Patrick went the EXTRA mile via phone regarding an issue with my hubby's reservation. He solved my concern....then he also assisted with my elderly hubby to the shuttle driver after a long 13 hour flight. I feel like I was helped by two Angels today during my long distance call to the hotel. Thank you also to the kind lady who helped my exhausted husband during check in. Kudos to all!!!!!! You all went the extra mile!!!!
The outside might make you want to get back in your car and find something else but don't be fooled! The rooms are pleasantly surprising! Clean and nicely appointed and the beds are soft and comfortable, can't beat it for the price!
Very limited breakfast: starts at 8am. * no coffee - make it using your room's coffee maker * only a few items - cereal bars, pastries. "In a couple of months we will be renovating [to meet Wyndham requirements]" - what a manager told me the next morning. Right now more of a Travelodge level property. Lobby is "postage stamp size" so no room for a breakfast nook. Mattress was firm - I like a firm mattress not the pillow soft mattress found at many properties. Noisy air conditioning unit.
