Our room was filthy and reeked like urine and cigarettes. The carpet turned a white rag brown and we didn’t even walk on it without shoes. There was mold covering the bathroom door and bug guts on the wall. When we contacted the manager to get our money back he was so rude and said that it was my fault and that I’m making a big deal. He said at first he would give me a partial refund and then changed his mind and said he wouldn’t and hung up on me. Absolutely disgusting like everyone says. The only way to describe the whole room is “water boarded” . The smell of mildew, the toilet seat being broken and sliding off. The towels all being damp and crusty. Both the toilet paper on the dispenser and the new one out of package literally being damped and covered in mildew and mold. I did talk to the front desk, she was apologetic and friendly, said she would get a refund since it was late in the night and full.
