Fitted the need for a passing night accommodation. Nothing fancy but it did the job. Breakfast was quite poor, they even ran out of beverage cups.
Pictures are very deceiving. But for the price, breakfast was almost nonexistent
The location was too far out from downtown.. the room was big but wasn't cleaned well i was only there 1 night was the only reason I stayed .. The sheets has some kind of substance almost like a wad of glue on the corner and black marks on them .. I had brought my own sheets and am glad I did ! Because I used them on the bed .. the toilets were clean and the sink but the mirror was not and the floors were filthy.. I definitely wouldn't stay there again
The room I was in first was very smelling like mildew, the second room they put me in wasn't much nicer but it doesn't smell. The room empty next to us looks nice hard wood floor new bed and all. I have one more night here after that I will not come back and I won't recommend this place either. The staff up front is really nice though
The "customer relations" chatbot they've got responding to these messages is missing the point, but proving how false and disingenuous this business is: this company has STOLEN MY MONEY. They have claimed multiple times over in the last 3 weeks they have refunded my room deposit, as promised, but they have not. They even promised me an email receipt of the refund, which never came through. My bank has confirmed they have not issued a refund. This company is BEYOND shady and false.
